If you are seeking financial help for EMERGENCY VETERINARY SERVICES, you need to
fill out the MEDICAL APPLICATION found on this website.
Please do not send an inquiring email as that simply delays the process!
Do not call the general numbers below for Actors and Others in an attempt to reach the Medical Department to expedite your application or to speak about a need for medical help.

You must fill out the medical application!

Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

To receive help with veterinary medical help, fill out the application located on this website under Programs/Emergency Medical Assistance. Please be sure to read all of the guidelines to see if you qualify. If you don’t have a computer you may call (818) 752-6725 and leave a message. We understand that your pet’s care is important to you as it is to all those seeking our help. We receive a large number of requests each day and do our best with our resources to help as many as we can.

To receive help with spay/neuter, you must call (818) 755-6045 during business hours. If the lines are busy you must just keep trying.

These numbers are for spay/neuter help or general inquiries. For medical help you must fill out the application.
