PET MUST BE SPAYED/NEUTERED
If
you qualify for assistance, your pet must be spayed/neutered
or you must
agree to have the animal sterilized at the time you seek
medical attention. We will help you pay for the spay/neuter
surgery
in addition to the medical assistance.
WE OFFER FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TOWARDS THE COST OF THE PROCEDURE
If
you qualify for assistance, you will be directed to a low-cost
veterinarian
in your area who has agreed to work with us to offer lower
costs, and provided with a financial pledge to help pay for
the procedure. The office call to diagnose the problem and
any vaccinations are not covered. The level of assistance provided
depends upon the course of
action needed, the ability of the pet guardian to provide follow-up
care and the type of illness or injury.
